This report provides an analysis of the situation of women’s sector groups going into the COIVD-19 pandemic and the crisis precipitated by the lockdowns. It lays out the existing erosion of women-serving agencies and gender-equity seeking groups that has created greater vulnerability for the sector, and thus for women and other vulnerable groups, in the current emergencies.
