This Guide was together to celebrate the benefits of remote work, address the challenges and to provide guidelines for making remote work a successful and satisfying part of Tamarack Institute’s employees’ lives. The Tamarack Institute develops and supports collaborative strategies that engage citizens and institutions to solve major community issues across Canada and beyond. The Guide discusses the benefits of working remotely as well as provides recommendations for the challenges such as overcoming technology, sustaining teamwork and building trust. It also has a robust reference list with other resources to read about working remotely.
