Systems Change, or Collective Impact, has garnered a lot of attention from funders, government, and the nonprofit sector. Ontario Trillium Foundation and the Youth Opportunities Fund believe that programs alone cannot solve systemic issues, and collaborative systems change initiatives are critical to creating more equitable, inclusive, and vibrant communities.
